قياس الاستجابة للألم النفسي متعدد الابعاد لدى طلبة الجامعة

يعد الالم النفسي من المفاهيم الحديثة التي تستحق الدراسة والتفحص في الدراسات النفسية خصوصا في ميدان الصحة النفسية والاكلينيكية .في البحث الحالي جرى تبني مقياس الألم النفسي متعدد الابعاد الذي اعده Kohler عام 1982 والذي تكون من 29 فقرة توزعت على أربعة مجالات هي التجنب(Avoidance) والسيطرة المعرفية(Cognitive Control) والاسناد الاجتماعي(Social Support) والنشاط(Activity) وقد تم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس والتحري عن مجالاته باستعمال التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي لعينة تكونت من 632 طالب وطالبة جامعية .وقد بينت النتائج ان عينة البحث من طلبة الجامعة سجلوا درجة متوسطة في الاستجابة للألم النفسي بوصفه عاملا عاما وسجلوا درجة مرتفعة في مجالي النشاط المعرفي والوعي بالألم ودرجة منخفضة في مجالات التجنب المعرفي والاسناد المعرفي والانفتاح المعرفي وبدلالة احصائية عند مستوى 0.05.كما بينت النتائج انه ليس هناك فروق دالة معنويا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في الالم النفسي بين طلبة جامعتي صلاح الدين وجامعة ديالى.
