The arbitrators shall notify the journal's body of the author's non-compliance with its publishing standards and conditions, as well as ensuring that the opinions and arguments presented do not belong to other research. The referees must also alert the journal of the existence of similarities or overlaps between a manuscript submitted to the journal and other published research.

Any information and ideas mentioned in the refereed manuscripts may not be used by the reviewers for personal, competitive or other interests, and will not be taken into account when reviewing a manuscript for any of the authors, institutions, or companies involved.
