Comprehensive quality in education - a civilized necessity

Abstract

This study deals with the subject of quality in education and
teaching, By revealing the importance of TQM as a culture and as a
process, And what does its absence for education, And also about
the nature of learning outcomes in accordance with the vision and
philosophy of total quality, At student-level scientific output and the
educational process, Through reading and analysis the ideas of
philosophers of education and quality, And inferred from these ideas
on the most important based and the principles of total quality, And
try to read them in reality of education in arab societies.
