Distribution Coxaan use in solving the problem of waiting in the maintenance workshop

Abstract

In this research, the exponential distribution was used in terms of being a probabilistic distribution of the interfacing access times between one failure and another, and the use of the special Coxian distribution (with a regular transmission rate) in terms of being a probabilistic distribution of the service times, where these probabilistic distributions for real data were known through the (SPSS) program ) and another program prepared by the researchers, and after knowing the probability distribution and its parameters, the waiting system for the studied problem was used. (M/ C3/ 1/ 20/ / FCFS)
Generate the transition rate matrix of the system, solve the first-order differential equations numerically, and reach the stable state of the system. The advantage of the special Coxian distribution is that it is a very flexible distribution, which can be approximated to many types of other phase distributions.
