Loan, usury and the impact of correspondence on them
Abstract
The loan is one of the legitimate contracts in Islam, and it is one of the measures provided by the Islamic Sharia for the continuation of a normal and dignified life, and because there may be people who own lands, orchards, factories, companies, etc., but they do not have the funds that enable them to manage their expenses. The Islamic Sharia has permitted loans, peace, and so on. In view of the importance of the loan in our current era, I will explain the loan and what is related to usury, which is no less important than the loan in financial transactions contracts. The second topic: the scope of the loan and the impact of correspondence on it. The third topic: the obligations of the lender and the borrower and the impact of correspondence on them. The fourth topic: usury contracts that are made by correspondence.
