Abstract

The divine revelation was eager from behind the seven heavens and hesitating between them to descend to the earth and address man, and man was created by the instinct of God Almighty and so that the revelation had a word and for man to hear God made the Arabic language the language of speech in the Holy Qur’an, and He revealed it in a clear Arabic tongue. It is a human and Islamic duty that students of knowledge accompany the study of the Arabic language, examine its secrets, and follow its norms and laws in order to understand the Holy Qur’an within its framework and stand on its meanings, purposes and wisdom, and this makes the Arabic language a universal language because the Qur’an is a universal message. Therefore, we wanted, through our writing of this research and our choice of a linguistic subject, which is the appeal to the scholars of Arabic: it is a subject that we lose today, and we do not follow its rules and controls in speech and dialogue. talk . The nature of the research necessitated that it be based on an introduction and six sections followed by a conclusion. In the first section, we dealt with the definition of the call, and in the second section we studied the letters of the call and their uses, and the third section deleted the letter of the call, and the fourth topic dealt with the herald and its divisions. As for the fifth topic, we dealt with the description of the herald. The sixth topic was about deleting the herald. Finally, the conclusion came, and we talked about the most important results that we reached during this journey, and we called the specialists to pay attention to the Arabic language and weave its rules into a new fabric. If what we went to was right, then it is from God, and if it was not, then God rewarded those who gave us our faults and addressed the letter to us, and God is the Grantor of success.
