Abstract

The study of Islamic history, especially the biography of the great leaders, is one of the most important periods of time for historians, because it constitutes an important aspect of the political, administrative and military history of the Arab Islamic state. Seeing the heroic Arab leaders and their great courage in defending their state, cities, dignity and honor, and historical sources indicate that the Arab Islamic state in the Abbasid era, this vast country, was subjected to many conspiracies and movements to remove its political entity, but these conspiracies and revolutions failed at the hands of the great leaders Proverbs Harthama bin I mean. The aim of the research is embodied in the extent of the position of the leader, Harthama bin Ain, among the Abbasid caliphs, especially among the caliph Harun al-Rashid and al-Ma'mun, as well as his military genius in leading wars against movements and rebels, as well as his adherence to his Arab-Islamic principles and morals, so we hope that this research will add information A mission that could be an independent source of Islamic history in the Arab Islamic Library, and the researcher tried in this research to rely on the main historical sources whose authors were known to be trustworthy, as we relied with regard to references on those that swear by accuracy and objectivity.
