Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare some basic exercises for the fencing weapon using mirrors in developing the ability of the female students' learning level in fencing and to know the differences between the experimental and control groups with the effect of using mirrors on the level of performance of some fencing skills for third-stage female students. The two researchers used the experimental approach on a sample of third-stage female students. Their number reached (45) students, and the two researchers came out with several conclusions, namely: - - The educational curriculum using mirrors has a positive effect in developing the level of performance of the fencing skills of female students of the College of Physical Education for Girls. - There are significant differences between the pre and post test in the performance level of fencing skills in favor of the post test. - There are significant differences in the post-test between the experimental group and the control group in the level of performance of fencing skills in favor of the experimental group. The two researchers reached several recommendations, including: - - The use of mirrors in the educational and training units for third-stage female students in fencing has an effective role in developing the skills of the fencing weapon. - Using modern technical devices to develop the skills of the fencing weapon
