Abstract

Where he gave each era a special advantage, and therefore the advantage in this era is the scientific discoveries in all fields, including the field of medication and treatment, that in the second half of the current century, the field of medication and treatment was discovered by transferring human organs, as God made it a reason to save millions of people from destruction and death And damage, and it has become easy in our time to transfer a human member to another, or to transfer a part of a person to a person’s soul in order for him to continue to start his job. Setting specific legal limits and controls to the person from whom he wants to transfer the organ, as well as the one to whom it is transferred. And that the Islamic law came to preserve and protect the human being and his human being, and from here the clarification of the provisions of the law in many fields in terms of medical sciences was an indispensable necessity. Where I divided the research into two chapters, the first chapter into three topics: I spoke in the first topic ((Does a person have the right to dispose of his body)), and in the second topic a brief summary of the history of organ transplantation, and the third topic is the ruling on organ transfer between neighborhoods. As for the second chapter, it is divided into three sections as well. In the first section, I talked about the definition of death in language, and in the second section, I talked about the reality of death from an Islamic perspective. In the third topic, the ruling on transferring organs from the dead to the living. And the conclusion came to talk about the most important results that he came out with for research, and I ask God to help me in this search, and my intention is sincere to God Almighty.........
