The study aimed to identify the reality of postgraduate programs at Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University from the point of view of faculty members, through a case study of the reality of the higher diploma program in e-learning in the College of Education using SWOT environmental analysis to build a questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of (16) A member of the teaching staff in the Department of Educational Technologies for the 40th academic year
