Organizational citizenship and its relationship to the administrative empowerment of middle school principals

Abstract

The research aims to identify organizational citizenship and its relationship to administrative empowerment among middle school principals.Middle schools see organizational citizenship and an average level of administrative empowerment and the existence of a strong relationship between them. In light of this, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including the necessity of holding a local conference that includes in its axes organizational citizenship procedures and ways of administrative empowerment among middle school principals and giving importance.
