Methods of improving the practice of servant leadership by government secondary school leaders in Buraydah city

This study aimed to identify ways to improve the practice of servant leadership by government secondary school leaders in the city of Buraidah from the point of view of the teachers. The questionnaire was used to collect data, and the descriptive analytical method was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The results of the study showed the following: The reality of the practice of servant leadership by female leaders of government secondary schools in Buraidah from the teachers’ point of view was of a high degree of practice; The arithmetic mean was (3.77), with a standard deviation (0.76). There are no statistically significant differences in the practice of female leaders of public secondary schools for servant leadership in the city of Buraidah due to the variables (years of service and the number of training courses in leadership). There is a great degree of importance on proposals to improve the practice of servant leadership by female leaders in secondary government schools in Buraidah from the point of view of teachers, including spreading awareness among school leaders of the concept of servant leadership.
