The aerobics course for the third stage is for female students only, and one of the most important objectives of this course is to develop motor performance to be characterized by smoothness and consistency that allows the student to perform movements and physical exercises skillfully. Usually, training and rehearsal are among the most important reasons for excellence in smooth, consistent motor performance, so we try in this research to apply the training method because it is characterized by the specificity of involving female students in the lesson, each according to their ability and fitness through their own decision. Through the experience of the researcher and her teaching of this subject for several years, she noticed that the students are not equal in the physical and motor capabilities to perform the exercises accompanying the music that is usually practiced in the practical aerobics lectures, which prompted her to think about using a method through which the students can progress with mastery in performing the exercises and movements smoothly and harmoniously, and the researcher chose The training method, which is characterized by training each student or a group of students according to their fitness and motor ability, with the same exercise in terms of movement, but with different levels of intensity of performance and according to the types of aerobic exercises accompanying the music, with the availability of freedom for each student to follow any intensity that she can start with or change when tired and perform exercises and movements According to those levels, which allows the student to make the decision to perform during the lesson. The research aims to use the training method and test its effect on the smooth performance and the coordination of the transition movement from one exercise to another with the exercises accompanying the music in the aerobics subject of the third stage students and in each of the exercises from standing and floor exercises. As for the research hypotheses, it was represented by the presence of statistically significant differences between each of the following: - The test of consistency of pre and post flow performance for the control and experimental groups in the two tests of standing exercises and floor exercises, in favor of the post test. A test of the consistency of the dimensional flow performance of the control and experimental groups in the two tests of standing exercises and floor exercises, in favor of the experimental group. The experimental method was used in order to suit the requirements of the research. The research sample was the third-stage students in the College of Basic Education at the University of Diyala. As for the research tests, the students were tested with a performance test for the exercises accompanying the music, with both types of standing and floor exercises, and the performance was evaluated in the presence of experts. The most important conclusions of the research were: - The training method has a clear effect in improving the level of coordinated performance of the exercises accompanying the music, such as standing and floor exercises, better than the method used. The interaction of students and their active participation in decision-making during the lesson in the experimental group, as well as determining the frequency and intensity of practicing exercises accompanying music, such as standing and floor exercises. The work of the aerobics teacher was easier and more organized in the training method for the students to participate effectively and with interest in the exercises. As for the most important recommendations, they were: - Using the training method in aerobics lessons in general in each of the exercises accompanying music as well as walking, jogging and rope skipping exercises. The use of the training method in other stages and other practical materials for both sexes, due to the distinguished and effective results it has achieved.
