The Existential Thinking of the Employees of the State Nursing Homes

Abstract

The current research aims at:

1- Measuring the existential thinking of the employees of the State nursing homes.

2- Balancing the differences in terms of the gender variable (males, females).

3- Balancing the differences in terms of the years of service variable (ten years and less, more than ten years).

The research concluded that:

- The employees of the State nursing homes are characterized by existential thinking.

- The differences in existential thinking in terms of the gender variable are not statistically significant, as well as the years of service variable.

The researcher adopted a level of significance (0.05), and he came up with a number of recommendations and proposals.
