The Requirements of The Selecting of Administrative Leadership In Youth Forums

Abstract

A successful administration  is that one which has leading qualifications , and can lead the youth in all fields. Administration  has its own significance in the society , to make it reach the highest levels,  and here lies the significance of the study. In addition to that,  the study significance also may include recognizing the qualifying requirements for selecting administrative  leaderships in the youth forums in Diyala governorate. Considering that selecting administrative leaderships depending on the basic aspects of the personality of those who work in the forums through directing their behavior achieve their future ambitions , administering the forum in all fields.

Through the observation,  the problem of the study lies in weakness in preparing the employees staff in the youth forums in the leading and administrative  aspects.

Whereas the aims of the study are : focusing on the most important qualifying requirements to select the administrative leaderships in the youth forums in Diyala governorate.

The sample of the study includes the employees of the directorate of youth and sports and the affiliated forums,  who are  (157) .  The researchers use the descriptive method for its suitability to the nature of the problem of the study.

The researchers find some conclusions, the most important of which are : the sport administrative  leader who holds higher scientific degree like ,bachelor and higher, is well qualified in the educational aspects. The sport leader must study the sciences related evaluation and analysis and should be aware of the uses of planning sciences in general,  and especially the strategic planning . The leader should understand the general objectives of the directorate he works in .

While the most important recommendations are :

The scientific preparing program , for the sport administrative  leader, should  include studies in the sports education in general,  and especially sports management. The sports administrative  leader should be educationally qualified. The sports administrative   program should be characterized by the sciences of statistics, testing, evaluation and assessment.  The leader should use these programs well. The leader should have the ability of self -control and emotionally balanced.
