The aim of this research is to identify the reasons for the lack of interest of Iqbal University students in scientific research and the level of gender and specialization. To achieve the aim of the research, a methodology was carried out on a sample consisting of(200) university students, where the researcher used appropriate statistical methods to analyze the data and treat them statistically, such as the Pearson chi square equation for one cell and chi square for two independent samples.Scientific.
