Evaluation of final exam questions for the third intermediate grade and in the first and second rounds for the academic year 2004-2005

The evaluation process is one of the important educational processes that have achieved a high status in the field of modern education, because on the basis of a sound objective evaluation, we can put the appropriate student in the appropriate place, as the current research aims to evaluate the final exam questions for the subject of Arabic language rules for the third intermediate grade, according to the following criteria Bloom's levels of knowledge domain, inclusiveness, independence, objectivity, direct and indirect questions, percentage of conformity to the content of the book, technical aspects, and percentage of abandonment. The research sample consisted of final exam questions for Arabic grammar for the third intermediate grade in Iraq and for the academic year (2004-2005) and for the first and second sessions. The researchers followed the following procedures: 1- Examination of a number of previous studies related to the subject of the current research, to formulate evaluation criteria for the final exams in Arabic grammar. 2- Presenting the standards to those with expertise and experience in the Arabic language, educational and psychological sciences, to extract their validity coefficients. 3- Analyzing the exam questions according to the following criteria: - - Bloom's levels of the cognitive field. - inclusivity. - independence. - topical. Direct and indirect questions. - The percentage of conformity to the content of the book. Technical aspects. The percentage of abandonment.
