Paying attention to languages and the methods of teaching them is a civilized necessity imposed by the reality in which we live, as we live today in a small village where the distant has become close in light of the tremendous technical progress, and the progress of nations is measured by the strength of the educational system in them.
The task of improving the teaching and learning process is one of the priorities of many countries, whether developing or developed, due to the prevailing belief that this process is a real failure to achieve the goals and future aspirations of these countries. The preparation of the teacher is one of the most important factors that help in achieving the desired educational renaissance that leads to the renaissance of society in all aspects, and the competent teacher is the teacher who is able to achieve the educational goals of his community effectively and proficiently. ((Al-Ghaziwat, and others, 2000 AD, p. 2).
Countries that are trying to achieve a comprehensive renaissance in all aspects of life need teachers who possess many competencies, including tight planning, evaluation, effective and modern teaching methods, and successful management of the lesson. To address many errors that may appear in the elements of the educational process effectively and efficiently. (Al-Ghaziwat, and others, 2000 AD, p.
University education is the cornerstone of society's development and progress as long as it is responsible for graduating majors in the fields of science and knowledge.
The university is one of the most important institutions as a center of radiation for all that is new in thought and knowledge, and the place from which the opinions of thinkers emerge. It also represents a social institution that affects the social environment. (Al-Sheikhly, Waad Raad, 2007, p. 3).
In addition, one of the main functions of the university is the responsibility of preparing human staff appropriate to the needs and demands of society. (Ibrahim, Ibrahim Kazem, 2002, p. 59).
The researchers believe that there is an urgent need to build linguistic studies based on a scientific method coupled with educational experiences to satisfy the spirit of an academic on the one hand and to save the efforts of those interested in languages on the other hand, because language is one of the most important human social phenomena, rather it is the most important historical link between the different generations of the same people in True and tangible unity, despite the different ages, and between that people and other peoples within the vessel of intellectual and human experiences throughout history
