THE DIFFICULTIES OF USING THE ELECTRONIC TEACHING FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE TEACHING STAFF OF THE SCIENCE DEPARTMENTS IN THE COLLEGS OF BASIC EDUCATION

Abstract

This research aims at realizing the difficulties that face the teaching staff in the colleges of basic education -science departments- when using electronic type of teaching, knowing the differences in the responses of the research sample, in this work, depended upon variables of (university, degree, rank and service experience).

The researcher used descriptive approach and designed a from of questionnaire to collect the data, this questionnaire from was filled by (288) members of the staff of the above mentioned department in the Iraqi universities (Al-mustansiriya, Mosul, Babil, Diyala, Al-muthana, Summer, Misan, Wasit, Al-anbar, and Tikrit) in the year (2020-2021), after checking its stability and reliability, the researcher applied this approach among the mentioned staff using the (SPSS)statistical way for checking and analyzing the resulting data.

The results showed the following :

• From the staff point of view, the use of the electronic teaching faces (74.90%) of difficulties, These difficulties rang as follows; in the first degree comes the difficulties that are related to students, second; the difficulties related to evaluation and examination s, third; those that face the university administration , fourth; the difficulties that are concerned with the curriculum and fifth; the difficulties that have a concern with the teaching staff.
• At (0.05) statistical indicator, no differences of statistical values have been noticed among the responses of the above mentioned staff sample.

The results have been checked and analyzed and the researcher in traduced many recommendations and suggestions that many help in avoiding the above difficulties
