Abstract

This research includes a theoretical study of an optical system with a triangular aperture using the calculation of the point diffusion function to evaluate the efficiency of the optical system defined by diffraction, which includes quantities of aberration or focal error, and compare the results with another system with a circular aperture (1), to obtain an appropriate comparison standard.
