Computer study of the electronic lens magnetize iron Almskotaih bipolar double zero rotation
Abstract
The bipolar projection electromagnetic lens consists of two identical bipolar lenses placed one behind the other, and the installation of their back plates forms the central plate of the double bipolar lens. Its magnetization is studied by using mathematical programs under the conditions of different operations using the computer, where the magnetic fields are calculated using the Finite Element Method, and the effect of the thickness of the central plate depends on the way the double bipolar lens works, and the correct choice of the central iron plate is very important when it works By the method of opposite irritations in its lenses to obtain the best focal properties, avoid magnetic saturation, and reduce any leakage of magnetic flux at critical areas.
