Estimating The Factors Which Influence The Acceptance Level Of The Computer Subject For The Baquba \ Institute Technical The Of S

Abstract

Summery :
The results of the examination of the computer subject in
the Technical institute\ Baquba for the past three ye
attributed to some factors which lead the student to accept
(adapt) or not and , eventually , determine his success or failure .
From theses facters , the researchers determined 8 of them
Those 8 facters have a considerable impact on the successfulness
level , these are : (1) the prescribed textbook , (2) the coinside
between the computer subject and the other specialization
subjects , (3) the background of (literal or proffissional) , (4)
apreviouse hobby , (5) teaching method of the lecture , (6) the
absente system , and (7) the scientific willingners .
A simple questionair has designed for the second stage of
the student in the storage Management and Acconting
departments . Data collected and regression and step wise
analysis were used to estimate the influence as well as the
importance of each factor on the level of successfulness .
Results reveal that all factors were statistically significant
(except facter (2)) . The scientific willingness was at the top
importance then the pre-knowledge , the teaching method of the
lecturer and the prescribed textbook
