Search publishing mechanism

1 - The editor-in-chief of the journal receives the research submitted for publication in the college’s journal along with the form designated for the publication request, which includes (publishing request, undertaking, authorization), and published on the journal’s official website after making sure that the subject of the research is related to legal and political sciences, since the journal is specialized in these two areas.

2 - Referring the research submitted for publication by the editor-in-chief to the members of the editorial board of the journal whose specialization matches the specialization of the research submitted for publication.

3 - Carrying out the procedures for examining the percentage of inference for the research using the (Turnitin) program approved by our esteemed Ministry for the submitted research before sending it to the scientific reviewers, to see the percentage of its conformity with the required standards, and does not address any content of inference, even if the research contains more than (20%) of The inference of the entire research, the journal will re-send the research to the researcher for review, and the research will not be accepted until the inference is processed.

4 - The editorial board of the journal audits the research submitted for publication and then nominates the specialized experts to evaluate the research, provided that the scientific title and the exact specialization of both the scientific expert and the researcher are taken into consideration.

5 - Refer the research with the names of the experts nominated by the editorial board to the editorial director, so that the editorial director will refer the researches to the specialized experts in the light of the editorial board’s decision, and follow up on their answers in light of the legal period prescribed for the evaluation and within a maximum period of (14) fourteen days, according to a form Electronic calendar prepared for this purpose and published on the journal's official website.

6 - After the reviewers return the evaluation form, it is reviewed to see the acceptability of the research for publication, in addition to sending the notes on it to the researcher.

7 - The researcher undertakes the necessary amendments to his research and re-submits it to the journal for the purpose of auditing, so that the journal reviews the research to ensure that the researcher has made the required modifications, provided that all previous procedures are carried out within a maximum period of three months, as stated in the journal's publishing policy.

8 - The final decision is sent to the researcher, whether to accept the publication of the research or refuse to publish it, according to an official letter documented by the editor-in-chief of the journal.

9 - Refer the scientifically evaluated research to the linguistic corrector to check the integrity of the language, after obtaining approval for publication.

10 - The research is published at the time and number specified in the acceptance of publication, and the researcher is provided with a hard copy of the issue in which his research was published.
