Aims and Scope

Journal Objectives

Al-Fateh Journal for Educational and Psychological Research seeks to achieve the following objectives:

  1. To publish original and rigorous scientific research in the fields of education, psychology, and related disciplines.
  2. To contribute to the advancement of educational and psychological knowledge by publishing studies that provide clear scholarly contributions and are based on sound research methodologies.
  3. To support research addressing contemporary educational and psychological issues and problems and proposing evidence-based approaches and solutions.
  4. To strengthen the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical applications in educational, psychological, and community institutions.
  5. To support studies that contribute to the development of curricula and teaching methods, measurement and evaluation, psychological and educational counseling, educational administration, and educational technology.
  6. To encourage research that contributes to the advancement of teaching and learning, teacher preparation, childhood education, special education, and mental health.
  7. To provide a reliable scholarly source for researchers, academics, practitioners, and decision-makers in the fields of education and psychology.
  8. To promote scholarly communication and cooperation among researchers, universities, research centers, and educational institutions in Iraq and other countries.
  9. To support the dissemination of scholarly knowledge and broaden the use of published research findings in education, research, and professional practice.
  10. To continuously improve the quality of published research and strengthen the journal’s presence within national, regional, and international academic communities.

Journal Scope

The journal publishes theoretical, applied, and field-based research in the following areas:

  • Educational and psychological measurement and evaluation.

  • Other disciplines directly related to educational and psychological sciences.

Submitted manuscripts must be consistent with the journal’s objectives and scope and must provide a clear scholarly contribution within one of its fields. Manuscripts that are not directly related to education or psychology fall outside the journal’s scope.
