Editorial responsibilities

Publishing Decisions

The Editorial Board holds full responsibility for making decisions regarding the publication of submitted manuscripts. All submissions are evaluated in accordance with the journal’s established guidelines, ensuring compliance with formatting requirements, ethical standards, and the scope of the journal.

Manuscripts are assessed impartially, without discrimination based on race, gender, religious beliefs, ethnicity, nationality, or political orientation, and in a manner that upholds principles of national unity and avoids sectarian bias. The Editorial Board is committed to enhancing the academic quality and credibility of the journal by selecting manuscripts based on their originality, clarity, scholarly contribution, and compliance with the journal’s policies. Accepted papers are published according to their priority and the chronological order of final approval.
