The organizational culture of school principals and its relationship to the teaching competencies of physical education teachers

The study aimed to identify the level of organizational culture among secondary school principals in Baquba district affiliated to the General Directorate of Diyala Education and its relationship to the teaching competencies of physical education teachers. Which consists of five domains (work values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms and laws, organizational expectations, and human relations). 7) fields, and the sample (principals and assistants) of schools consisted of (155) and the sample of physical education teachers consisted of (109), and the results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the study, the organizational culture of school administrations, and the teaching competencies of female teachers, and this was confirmed by a study Al-Ghamdi (2009). The study came out with recommendations, the most important of which is that secondary school principals should make more efforts to clarify the rules, regulations, and regulations governing school work for all teachers, and also involve a larger number in school decision-making, and give greater powers in dealing with school work systems such as the absent teacher, late teacher, or teacher accounting system.
