The aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of the Swom strategy in creative thinking among first-intermediate students in mathematics, and to verify the goal of the research, the hypothesis was formulated (there is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the students who studied according to the (SWOM) strategy and the scores of Female students who studied according to the (usual method) in the innovative thinking test. The research sample consisted of (60) female students distributed into two groups, one of which was an experimental number of (30) female students and the other a control number of (30) female students. The first group was taught according to the SWOM strategy, while the second group was taught according to the usual method of teaching. The two research groups were rewarded in a number of variables. The two researchers prepared a test for innovative thinking, consisting of (25) articles of the type of essays, and its validity was verified, according to its reliability coefficient. The experiment was applied in the first semester of the academic year (2019_2020), and the data was processed using the SPSS program. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the innovative thinking test as a whole and in all its capabilities in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results, the two researchers recommend a number of recommendations and proposals.
