Evaluating the performance of physics teachers in the preparatory stage in the light of educational competencies

In the light of the researcher's findings, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. There was a weakness in the performance level of teachers in general and for all competencies combined. 2. Half of the (25) competencies were satisfactory, while the other half of those competencies were not satisfactory. 3. The performance was satisfactory in three areas: (human relations, classroom management, teaching aids, and educational goals).
