Strategic intelligence and its relationship to professional performance among faculty members at the College of Education for Human Sciences

The aim of the present research is to identify strategic intelligence and its relationship to professional performance among faculty members at the College of Education for Human Sciences. The researcher utilized the strategic intelligence scale, which consists of (42) items, and the professional performance scale, which consists of (53) items. The results were extracted using appropriate statistical means, and the sample amounted to the research included (55) individuals, and the following results were achieved:
1- Faculty members possess strategic intelligence at a level higher than the hypothesized average of the scale.
2- Faculty members’ professional performance is at a higher level than the hypothesized average of the scale.
3- There is a direct correlation between strategic intelligence and professional performance among the research sample, as the value of the correlation coefficient reached (0.515).
