Abstract

The prevalence of globalization and the spread of its influence in the various aspects of life, including education, requires a careful pause to know these effects and their repercussions in light of the developments taking place in the devices of civilized communication between nations, and under the influence of the single pole politics.
Among these areas related to education are the curricula and the specifications that should be in place in light of these developments, especially if we know that some Arab and Islamic countries have resorted to changing their curricula because of these influences, whether these changes are negative or positive.
Because of the importance of curricula as representing one of the most important pillars of the educational process, this research was titled (Globalization and Curricula).
It was divided into an introduction and three chapters:
The first topic: defining the concept of education and globalization.
The second topic: the impact of globalization on education.
The third topic: the proposed treatments.
It concluded with a conclusion in which the results and recommendations were indicated.
Hoping that this research will contribute to clarifying some facts, and help build clear perceptions that benefit education and those working on it.
