Abstract

The diversity of training methods and methods and their different effects and the athletes’ need for them in the period of physical preparation commensurate with their capabilities and abilities according to the effectiveness and their requirements and the fact that the researchers are experienced and specialized, former athletes and current trainers and those interested in the field of arena and field games, and they found a lack of interest and focus for a large number of trainers for this event By using modern plyometric exercises that depend on devices and aids and not focusing them as required on developing the element of explosive power on which the approximate sprint speed depends for the effectiveness of the long jump. The working muscles of the arms, trunk and legs and in the light of the motor track of the performance and in a new style that was not previously used in their training through the balance and gradient between the intensity and repetitions required and appropriate for the effectiveness of the long jump and to the age group and their capabilities, hence the research problem.
