Abstract

The teacher has a special place in the educational process. Indeed, planning for the success of the educational process can only be done with the help of the teacher. The teacher, with his competencies and his desire and inclination for education, is what helps the student to learn and prepares him to acquire appropriate educational trends and experiences. It may be correct that The student is the focus of the educational process, and everything must be adapted according to his inclinations, aptitudes, abilities, and academic and educational level. However, the teacher is still the element that makes the process of learning and teaching successful, and he is still the person who helps the student to learn and succeed in his studies. However, the role of the teacher is fundamentally different. Between the past and the present, after the teacher was everything in the educational process, he is the one who attends the lessons, the one who explains the information, the one who uses the teaching aids, and the one who sets the tests to evaluate the students, so his role has become related to planning, organizing and supervising the educational process more than being an explanation of the textbook information.
