The percentage of the contribution of administrative empowerment according to some criteria of total quality management and its relationship to the performance evaluation of workers in the directorates of student activities in Iraqi universities

The study aimed at: building and codifying the scale of administrative empowerment according to some criteria of total quality management and its relationship to the performance evaluation of workers in directorates and departments of student activities in Iraqi universities. The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey relations method. The research community included workers in directorates and departments of student activities in Iraqi universities, off (808) affiliated and (321) affiliated to the exploratory experience. After completing the main experiment, the conclusions came that:
The administrative leaderships in the directorates of student activities in Iraqi universities show that there is a good level of use of the principles and foundations of administrative empowerment with the administrative joints within the educational institution and activities. The most important recommendations: Development, development and promotion of administrative empowerment for workers in the directorates of student activities in Iraqi universities (administrative leaderships therein)
