The Effect of the Mullite Phase on Some Properties of Hard Porcelain
Abstract
The research aims to study the effect of the mullite phase on some physical and mechanical properties of hard porcelain (one of the traditional types of ceramics), which is used in many industrial applications, due to its chemical properties such as resistance to strong chemical solutions and mechanical properties such as high hardness and wear resistance, as well as good electrical insulation property.
