Abstract

The variance of using different methods & Techniques has
become very important because of the nature of science subject
& the objectives of its teaching . In order to let learning a
pleasure instead of a burden , the researcher wanted to test the
effect of using one of these methods which is Role Playing
method because researcher thought that it participates in
explaining scientific information specially abstract scientific
concepts & it gives guarantees that all students will participate
in lesson directly or in directly , in addition to that it develops
students attitude because learning becomes pleasure & art .
Limitations of this research are first class intermediate male
students in Tariq Bin Ziyad school for boys which belongs to
Diyala general directorate of education in second term of
academic year 2011-2012&the last four chapters of the
textbook. The sample of research was(57) students after
exception of failed students &more absence students. Section(
A)was chosen to be experimental group &(B) control group.
Equivalence was made to both groups in (Chronic age in months
,previous achievement in science &mathematics &intelligence )
. Research tools were achievement test consisted of (25) items
of objective type &attitude scale consisted of (34) positive
