It maintains the trade balance from negative setbacks, and there is no doubt that the expansion of production plants, training centers, scientific institutes, and industrial schools, and the introduction of new specializations in the academic and applied field, and since boosting the efficiency of workers and technicians plays the main role in the success of the industry and its plans in the country, therefore, a wide campaign for preparation and training must be launched.
