Abstract

Interest is increasing among countries towards achieving more sporting achievements, so they mobilize all their energies And its scientists to achieve this goal, and in view of the "tremendous development that has occurred in the sport of artistic gymnastics At the Olympic and international level, and to keep up with this level, training has become practiced (6). Days a week and each day may be practiced from (2-3) training units, which is equivalent to (12-18) units training sessions per week, which may lead to increased emotional arousal, tension and lack of concentration. Attention and other mental processes resulting from training intensity and social factors economic and time constraints
