Comprehensive Access to the Holy Mosque of Mecca from the Families' Perspective of Individuals with Disabilities

The current study aimed to present the comprehensive access to serve individuals with disabilities and their families, examining the program’s role in facilitating access to performing religious rituals from the point of view of the families of individuals with disabilities and their motivation to visit the Holy Mosque of Mecca on an ongoing basis.
The researcher used a questionnaire administrated to families of individuals with disabilities. The study sample included (42) families of individuals with disabilities, the number of male families was (21) and the number of female families was (21). There were (42) electronic questionnaires distributed to the families of individuals with disabilities.
The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important are increasing the number of prayer halls and classifying them according to the type of disability in order to facilitate the work of volunteer teams, and the importance of using some advanced electronic applications to serve individuals with disabilities, with an interest in conducting more research and studies in the field of comprehensive access to support the desire of individuals with disabilities to repeat their visits to the Holy Mosque of Mosque of Mecca.
