Determination of Toxic and Trace Elements in the Milk by Using X-Ray Fluorescence Technique
Abstract
Toxic and trace elements were determined in different types of milk and from different regions and locations in Iraq, using X-ray fluorescence technology. The concentration of the following elements was found in milk samples, which are:
Cl, K, Ca, Ti, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Br, Rb, Sr
