The allocation of public talk in sentences

Abstract

It may seem to some that the title of this research is familiar, since the general specification is the subject of satiating research in fundamentalist books and others that are concerned with this matter, but the title of our research, although it relates to the general specification, but it differs in essence from merely stating the specification of the generality. And the subject of my research is based on the hadiths of rulings only. I chose some of the honorable prophetic hadiths that are specific to rulings, which indicate the generality in some of their forms, and then I attached them to what is specific to them from other hadiths that are specific to rulings as well. The books of principles or jurisprudence did not address their specification directly, as the jurist may become ambiguous and judge the generality if he reads them for the first time, and it may also be difficult for him to find what is specific to them except after research and scrutiny. Therefore, I chose some hadiths that do not appear to be specific except after a long research and scrutiny, and their rulings are general. It contains the affliction that the jurist needs before the layman, then I followed it with the other hadiths that he specified. After a long thought and reflection, I saw that a topic like this was not written about in this way, due to the need of many jurists and practitioners in this aspect for such fundamentalist and jurisprudential gestures that many may overlook, and this is the main reason that prompted me to write on this vital topic. As for the plan of my work in the research, I first included the hadith and then attached it to what he specified from the other hadiths that clarified the matter and the final ruling on the issue dealt with. Privatization, which is agreed upon by the jurists and fundamentalists, without disagreement, unlike other forms. And if we took all the forms, the research would be prolonged, and there is no need for prolongation in the research. I divided it into two requirements: The first requirement: the general statement, its formula, and the specification. The second requirement: some images of general specification in hadiths. This, and I hope that I have done a work that weighs the balance of my good deeds in this world and the Hereafter, so I did not hit the truth in it, it is from God and His success, and what was otherwise, it is from myself, and I seek forgiveness from God Almighty, who there is no god but He, the Living, the Eternal, and I repent to Him.
