The relationship of organizational loyalty to the performance of workers in sports units (a descriptive research on a sample of workers in the colleges of the University of Baghdad) in the colleges of the University of Baghdad
Abstract
The relation of organized personals loyalty in the sport units to
the performance with in the collages of the university of Baghdad.
The purpose of the research to recognize the performance of the
workers collages of the university of Baghdad. The sample of this
research is gathered from fifty of the workers in these units as
supervisors and games mangers in order to reach the goal of this
researcher give his post locates that there is a spiritual relation
between the organized personal loyalty and the performance of the
