The difficulties that face male and female teachers in teaching science from their point of view

The aim of this research is to know the difficulties that teachers face in teaching science from their point of view.
The research sample consisted of (260) male and female teachers distributed in the schools of the Hashemite district in the province of Babil.
The research tool consisted of the scale of difficulties built by the researcher and it contains (9) areas, and each field contains (6) paragraphs, so the total number of paragraphs of the scale is (54)
The psychometric properties of the scale were found using the appropriate statistical methods, and the scale's stability was found to be (0.91) on the Pearson scale.
After applying the scale to the research sample, some results were reached that showed the difficulties faced by teachers, and they were arranged according to each paragraph getting the weighted mean, and they were arranged according to each paragraph getting the weighted mean, and conclusions, recommendations and suggestions were reached
