دراسة تأثير المستخلص المائي لقشرة ثمار الرمانPunica granatum L. على البكتريا المعزولة من مرضى إلتهاب اللوزتين في محافظة ديالى
الملخص
الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة تأثير المستخلص المائي لقشرة ثمار الرمان Punica granatum L. على البكتريا المعزولة من مرضى التهاب اللوزتين في محافظة ديالى ، دلت نتائج الدراسة إن للمستخلص المائي الحار لقشرة ثمار الرمان تأثيراً معنوياً وبالتراكيز (10 , 20 , 40 , 80 , 160) ملغم/مل ضد كل من عزلات بكتريا Streptococcus pyogenes و Staphylococcus aureus بأقطار تثبيط(9.0, 11.2, 12.7, 14.0, 15.0) ملم و (11.5, 15.0, 17.2 ,20.2, 23.0) ملم على التوالي، ومن ناحية اخرى كان للمستخلص المائي البارد لقشرة ثمار الرمان تأثيراً آخر بأقطار تثبيط (0 ,8.0, 10.2, 11.3, 13.0) ملم و(9.8, 13.4, 15.3, 18.0, 20.0) ملم على التوالي.
