Peer Review Policy
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening and similarity check undergo confidential peer review by qualified and independent reviewers. The Editorial Board selects reviewers according to their expertise and avoids conflicts of interest. Reviewer identities are not disclosed in reports sent to authors.
Reviewers assess originality, methodology, analysis, findings, discussion, references, and ethical compliance. Their recommendations are advisory, and an additional reviewer may be appointed when reports conflict.
Decisions include acceptance, minor revision, major revision and further review, or rejection. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision in consultation with the Editorial Board. Complaints and appeals are handled under the journal’s published policies.
