Companion Huzaifa bin Aleman and his role in the Islamic conquests
Abstract
It is fitting for the glorious Arab nation to write down the history of its great heroes and to record the exploits of its outstanding men. Among these men who are distinguished by their courage, chivalry and generous giving for the sake of the honor of Islam and the elevation of the Arab nation and its lofty position are Hudhaifa bin al-Yaman al-Absi, that great companion, military commander and man of politics and administration who had an important status for him and his tribe (Abs). Prominent in the history of Kufa in particular and the history of Arab Islamic cities throughout the stages of its glorious history in general.
The research dealt with the biography and jihad of Hudhayfah in Kufa, as it included his lineage, early upbringing, and his conversion to Islam at the hands of the Messenger (may God bless him and grant him peace) and his role in the Arab liberation wars against the Persian Empire in Iraq and the Byzantine Empire in the Levant. Caliphs Omar and Othman (may God be pleased with him), and then his qualities and morals by which he gained the satisfaction and approval of the Messenger (may God bless him and grant him peace) first, and then the Rightly Guided Caliphs and the people as a whole.
