Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of administrative values in enhancing the effectiveness of organizational change strategies in a number of youth centers in Erbil Governorate from the perspective of their employees. The descriptive approach using the correlational survey method was adopted due to its suitability to the nature of the current study. The research sample consisted of (185) employees working in several youth centers in Erbil Governorate. In addition, (15) employees were selected to conduct a pilot study, while (7) questionnaires were excluded due to incomplete responses. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of two dimensions: administrative values and organizational change strategies. The data were statistically analyzed using the statistical toolkit Spss. The researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which were that the dimensions of the first axis (work ethics, organizational trust, and human values) obtained a high arithmetic mean of (84.49). Likewise, the dimensions of the second axis of the questionnaire (organizational factors, individual factors, and reducing resistance to change) achieved a high arithmetic mean of (94.18). These findings confirm that administrative values play a significant role in enhancing the effectiveness of organizational change strategies, with a correlation coefficient of (0.772).
